The City of Havana is proud to serve the community with a variety of city owned services.

Havana’s Major Services Include:

• Public Safety (Police Department and Fire Department)
• Environment (Zoning, Code Enforcement, Recycling and Yard Waste Pickup)
• Utilities (Water, Sewer, Streets, and Garbage)

FOIA is the State Freedom of Information Act, under which certain public records in possession of public agencies may be accessed by the public upon written request.
